I arrived about 15 minutes early and was greeted warmly. It was my first time getting a massage and i felt welcomed and was treated with respect. Yo Yo did an amazing job, made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole session. 10/10 will be back.

Don’t use their online scheduling app it is useless. We arrived early and the facility had no records of our appointment even after receiving a confirmation from the facility. We did not receive service plus they wanted upfront fee prior to service. Will return to Massage Envy more sanitary and professional
